What’s Included:

  • If your Airbnb listing rents for $100 per night and is booked for 10 nights in a given month, the total revenue generated from the bookings would be $1,000 ($100 x 10 nights). With a management fee of 20% of the nightly revenue, we would receive a total of $200 ($20 x 10 nights).

    After deducting our management fee, you would receive $800 in payout for the month ($1,000 - $200).

    So, in simple language, if your Airbnb listing is rented out for a total of $1,000 in a month, with our 20% management fee, you will make $800 and we will make $200 for our services.

    • We will invoice you once a month

    • The cleaning fees and inspection costs will be covered by the guests

    • We will pay for all the consumables, including toilet paper, soap, and cleaning supplies.
